Nic Williams lives in Harston and runs a company specializing in event management and leadership training. She became an Independent Member of the Police Authority in October 2008.

Her eclectic background has included spells of living and working abroad.

The interest in the work of the police as a key part of the criminal justice system was considerably formed by working for women's aid and victim support in London.

Nic is delighted to have be appointed as a member of the Police Authority so that she can help to shape the work of the police in the county.
